We have been practicing standard social distancing recommendations for the safety of you and our brokers, which, for the most part, means meeting at viewings instead of riding in the same vehicle. Our roots run deep. A self-made real estate agency, Jeff Larkin Realty was founded in 2011 by Jeff Larkin, who made the conscientious decision to earn his real estate license during the 2008 housing crash. A longtime local rancher and owner of Larkin Valley Ranch, Jeff saw the crisis as an opportunity to make a difference, helping people find and afford homes in tough times.
Jeff—who also has proven experience in planning, building and construction—came up with a solution, developing creative funding strategies with equal-minded, big-hearted investors. The approach secured new homes for dozens of people who otherwise couldn’t afford to buy property in those days. For Jeff, it felt like he was making the impossible happen. The joy he experienced in seeing clients happily settled in their new homes eventually inspired him to use his real estate skills and entrepreneurial talents to open an agency of his own.
